How do I change my email address or password?

You can change your password by clicking on the person icon in the top right corner of the homepage and

selecting 'Account Details' then 'edit password'. Simply enter your current and new passwords. Your

password will be reset, and you will be able to log in using your new password.

Your master user is able to change your email address by going to ‘My account’ > ‘Manage users’ > and

clicking the edit ‘i’ next to the user. Users whose email addresses have been changed will receive a new

activation email where they set a new password for their account.
