How do I use my Action Plan

Compliance Manager: Monitoring and Reporting

Your Action Plan

This is your school’s compliance to-do list. Any requirements you have marked as unmet are listed here so you can assess them with your team and check them off on your way to total compliance.

You may be familiar with the format – we’ve sorted your action plan into a ‘Kanban’ format, a simple yet highly-effective project management approach used worldwide.

Your three action areas

Essentially, your action plan is sorted into three areas:

Future actions: These are any actions scheduled for the future, such as necessary policy reviews.

Outstanding Actions: These are actions you need to take to achieve total compliance.

Completed Actions: These are actions you have already completed, just in case you need an audit trail (or to take a moment to reflect just how much you’ve accomplished!).

Categorisation

Actions are categorised using three colours:

Completing an action

By clicking the header of an action, you can expand it to see your full list of options. From here, you can:

 - Set a due date

 - Open the full requirement details to refresh your memory

 - Enter any further details you feel will help your team when completing the action

 - Assign a task within the action to a team member

 - Set a due date for tasks set

 - Mark the action as complete (this will automatically move the action to your completed list
