If your policy has passed its review date, you may want to see what the previous policy was. To do this, you need to select the placeholder (coloured bar) that requires reviewing.
If the policy requires reviewing, you will first see a pop up:
Dismiss this and select the tab 'Manage my reading team'
Along the bottom of the page, you will have a button 'Document Overview'. This will display the most recent document you had on the system.
You also have the option under 'activate my document'
If your policy is out for approval/reading (amber placeholder) or up-to date (green), then you can select that placeholder and select to download or preview your current document.
