We have increased the functionalities of the Master User and Compliance Manager Roles at you trust level for Policy Management:
• The trust's Master User and Compliance Manager's functionalities will be extended so they now have the Compliance Manager functionalities for each school in the trust as well as for their own trust's documents. You will no longer need to have multiple logins to make any amendments to an individual schools account.
• These functionalities include creating/ configuring documents and appointing an approval and reading team
• The users in each of the schools/academies will not lose any functionalities
• The Group Overview page will become a portal so when a trust's Master User or Compliance Manager clicks into each school from the Group Overview page and then into each document, they will be able to use their Compliance Manager functionalities within all schools
• There is still no limit on the amount of Compliance Managers on an account
